The People Services Business Partners interpret and administer all 911±¬ÁÏÍø terms & conditions and collective agreements and are responsible for providing employee and labour relations advice and consultation to managers, supervisors and employees regarding job descriptions, job evaluation, recruitment & selection, performance management and exit interviews.
Talent Acquisition Team
Our Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for planning, developing and implementing recruitment services to attract, recruit and retain qualified employees. The team will work with People Services Business Partners, Managers and departments to identify hiring needs and search requirements; develop and implement effective selection processes; and effectively match candidates with roles in which they will be successful.
Disability Management and Wellness
The Business Partner, Disability Management & Wellbeing, is responsible for overseeing medical accommodations, medical leaves, long-term disability, return-to-work processes, and wellness programs. In collaboration with People Services Business Partners, Managers, and departments, they will implement best practices and effective strategies to support employees in their recovery, successful reintegration into the workplace, and overall well-being. This role ensures compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, applicable collective agreements, and industry standards while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
People Services Associates
Our People Services Associates are responsible for administering the staffing process and for accurately compiling, documenting, entering and updating all employment-related staffing actions from initial hire to cessation of employment into the People Services Information System; this includes analyzing the staffing action for the effect on individual employee benefit and leave eligibility and accurately processing those changes, ensuring data integrity.
